Gulf Harbour, Auckland — Invasive Weed Detection Project

Using my own data collection and geographic analysis methods, I identified a likely presence of an invasive toxic weed in an estuary within the Gulf Harbour area, Auckland.

A site inspection confirmed the findings, where I captured photographic evidence and reported the issue directly to Auckland Council.

Council later confirmed the report had already been lodged and was under action - independently validating both my accuracy and location identification.

This confirmed my ability to:
