Where should The Warehouse have a retail store in Auckland?

Here we run a spec job on the best location for a retail store in Auckland, NZ.

This is not a job for The Warehouse just one we have run internally to keep us sharp.

Location Criteria for the data

- Maximum long-term sales

- Auckland, NZ

The data outcome was very interesting, placing the location at an empty land parcel in West Auckland region not far from the new Costco.

Update: The Warehouse replied to our recommendation. Unfortunately they are tied to a very long term lease in their current location.
